All orders are placed directly via WhatsApp. By initiating an order, you agree to provide accurate and current information for your name, phone number, and delivery address. Payment terms, methods, and total costs will be communicated and agreed upon during the WhatsApp conversation before the order is finalized.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We will provide you with estimated delivery times and costs during the ordering process on WhatsApp. While we strive to meet these estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services or factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with your order due to a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your products.
- Quality Issues: We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion, provided you contact us promptly and supply photographic evidence of the issue.
- Cancellations: An order may be cancelled only if you notify us before it has been dispatched.
